Old style non-photo Drivers Licences are not accepted. If you do not have a Drivers Licence, you may: Still apply using the postal form or in-store at participating merchants, or Contact Us to request a postal application form. Assessment and Response We will assess your application and provide an initial response within 2 minutes If no further details are required, this response will include a decision. Otherwise we will attempt to contact you within 2 hours. Approved Applications Successful applicants will be emailed instructions and conditions for accessing their credit limit and conditions of use. Card Issue Your Q Card will be delivered within 10 business days of completing the identification requirements at one of our participating retailers.
